Loyalty Vouchers

Our customer Loyalty Program is a way of us showing appreciation for your continuing patronage. It is free to join. Once a customer has spent $250 on full price plants and select giftware a $25 voucher will be issued. This is computer generated and may take a few days to process so cannot usually be spent on the same day of reaching the $250 spend.

Please not that if we do not have an email address for you we can’t send the voucher to you. You can see how many points you have at the bottom of your register receipt. The voucher will still appear under your name when you come to purchase as long as it is within the valid time before the expiry time.

Our $25 discount vouchers have a 180 day expiry on them. These vouchers cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers and are not redeemable for cash.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on live plants. This is to assure all customers of healthy stock as we have no way of knowing what has happened to the plant once it has left our nursery (watering regime, pest damage, poison drift to name but a few) To accept a return of a plant and put it back into stock would be irresponsible on our part.

We do guarantee that our plants are healthy when sold to you as we are very strict with quality control. If you do feel there is a problem with the health of a plant you purchased from us we can help you find the cause.

Deposits

Special orders will usually require at least a 20% deposit.. This deposit is non-refundable so please make sure you really want the plants that you are after. Much time and work goes into sourcing plants and the cost of us purchasing the stock and the freight charges mean it a change of mind will cost us money which we may not fully recover.

Bare Root Stock

In the winter we offer a large range of trees as bare root. The benefits to the customer is that they are cheaper and easy to transport. The downside of bare root is that they are usually smaller than potted trees and sometimes may take longer to show signs of life in their first season. Much of the growth might be happening below the soil surface.

If you are at all concerned about your tree and it’s growth (or lack of) please contact us. We are happy to advise you. It is most likely OK and just adjusting to it’s new location. Please also refer to our Planting Guideline for Bareroot Trees on this website for information on how to plant and care for bareroot trees.
